"Food usually is good here. Last few times hasn't been as normal. Today the nacho fries were cool and hard. Tasted old. Few other items the same. After handing my order out the window he closed it and turned away. I left without my drink sadly. Not sure why. Might be a few before I try again. Ordered almost 45.00 of food to get not such pleasant food."
"The incompetent cashier that worked the drive thru on October 5 2023 around 4:00pm didn't give me my debit cars back after I paid for my meal. I searched high and low for my card. Luckily they kept it until I called and asked about it. I transfered my money elsewhere. This has caused me such a stressful 6 days. I hear this location has lots of issues with employees copying card Info and making fraudulent purchases and asking for pin numbers, so this card will be cancelled."
"after having a not-so-good experience here a few months ago (cold food, lacking ingredients), i finally went back to redeem the free meal i was offered to make up for it. and they did an amazing job! this is the best veggie power bowl i’ve had! i appreciate the team turning a lousy experience around. :) friendly workers!"
"LarderRoom...It's Taco Tuesday so I decided to try the new Cantina Crispy Chicken Tacos. Underwhelmed. The flavor was actually on point but the crispy Chicken is only about half the size of the taco? After two bites, no Chicken. Not cool! What was cool was the service, everyone was helpful and the food was warm & fresh!"
