Average customer service experience. They got bread and fixings correct, asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and were able to handle an upside on the meal deal drink. (I stopped during a road trip to a concert and wanted a medium, it comes with a small because, presumably, most are dining in and getting refills.)"
"We have gotten subs many time here. This time the bread was not done. The person I spoke to was rude. Said she had made many no complaints. I was in food service many yrs when people were nice. What has happen. I never complain and no use now a days just keep ur mouth shut. Horrible!!!"
