"Imagine asking for a tip and then not putting the pizza in the oven until the app said it should be done. Now some may say because you didn't tip there was no priority to make your food. Kinda feels that way but on the other hand imagine how upset you'd be if you did tip and they did this? There's no incentive to tip for service like this. Show me some service and maybe if consider it, but you want to hold up my order, bet, I'll just continue to pay for what I get."
"Pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven. The problem is getting someone to acknowledge you when you walk in. The person whom I assume was the manager busied herself with some paper as I walked in, did not look up to say anything. An employee from the back came up after a few minutes and took my order."
"Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks at 530 for a 645 pickup. It wasn't ready. Waited 15 minutes still not ready. Told them I had to leave to pick up my kid. I'll be right back. Gone 10 minutes. Order still isn't ready. They haven't even put the third pizza in the oven. Told it would be another ten minutes. I asked if they were going to remake my whole order because the other food had been sitting over thirty minutes. No. Got my money back but left with nothing. Probably why we haven't been there the last couple years. Never going back."
"Regrettably, my experience with Little Caesars left much to be desired. I ordered the DETROIT-STYLE DEEP DISH PEPPERONI, and upon arrival, it looked as though it had deflated and shrunk a few sizes - certainly not what I was expecting. The kids, my intended audience for the meal, didn’t touch it, leading to both a waste of time and money. This isn’t my first unsatisfactory visit, and in hindsight, I should have learned from my initial experience. It's disheartening when a meal doesn't meet expectations, especially when it's meant to bring a little joy to the family. I hope others have better luck, but sadly, I won’t be returning."
"I recently visited Little Caesars and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite not ordering anything out of the ordinary, I had to wait for over an hour for my food. To make matters worse, I noticed the lady preparing the food touching her face multiple times, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I hope the management takes note and improves their service standards."
