"I got 3 pizzas delivered, which cost over 60$. It took over an hour to receive, and the pizzas were not very good. They were dry. Barely warm. It's definitely not worth the money."

"Food is usually fine. Tonight found a long, brown hair baked into the cheese/sauce of my stuffed crust, extra pepperoni pizza. Tried calling the store and hitting option 5 for manager. Rang for 10 minutes. Hung up and hit option 3, to get call center. They said nothing they could do for me and transferred me store line, option 5. Rang for another 23 minutes before I gave up and came to leave this review. Took a video attempting to pull the hair from the food, but won't allow me to upload it."
"I was alerted through papa johns text updates that my pizza was ready for pickup when I arrived at the store the pizza was not ready. U was asked to give them 6 minutes. After 6 minutes I was asked to give them another 3 minutes. They should not be updating the system to say pizza is ready when it's not. I'm sure it's too make their times look better for the store but they should be honest with the customer instead."
"I ordered at 8:45pm and they delivered through DoorDash. I'm missing half my order and when I call they hang-up or continuously put me on hold. Food I got was greasy and disappointing. As someone who used to work and manage a Papa Johns, I say "do better" it's not a difficult job! Actually it was one of my favorite work experiences!"
