"They have a five-month wait list, no cell-phone or online registration (you have to go into their physical office to bring your paper work on insurance cards) and very poor communication over the phone culture. They cannot and do not want to help or offer any suggestions. They just want you to go away and go somewhere else because they are too busy anyways."

"I believe the counseling my daughter receives is a great benefit to her. My issue is that there is a nurse Yvonne working there that is so very rude! She is NOT a people person at all. She is very short mannered with children. I have bit my tongue many times but can no longer do that. You have no place working with children at all if you can't even give a child a smile let alonebe nice at all to them.the nurse her self is the sole reason for only 3 stars."

"It initially has a bit of a wait-list, especially if you need psychiatry services, but it's worth the wait. They offer family centered care and a variety of services are available to meet the needs of different children and their families. Most of my interactions with Child Focus have been positive. My only grief is related to contacting doctors outside of appointments."

"My family has used Child Focus for three reasons. We were licensed Foster Parents for 4 years. We had a great experience with the staff and the support of the agency. Being a Foster Parent was only possible with the love and support of Child Focus. Their training programs completely met the requirements and prepared us for the challenges that came with being a Foster Parent in Clermont and Hamilton Counties. My family has also used the Mental Health services at Child Focus. We used the services for both our Foster Children and one of our own Biological Children. We were able to find just the right therapist for my child for her on going treatment. Our Foster Children used the services to get support when things were tough for them. We also used the Head Start program at Child Focus. I had Foster Children use the program to get them the educational support that they needed, when their needs were great. For many of these young kids, they were behind in their learning and the program helped to get them caught up. We even used home services to help with speech with a child that was behind. Over all we have had many positive experiences with Child Focus. I support what they do and the professional way in which they handle their practices."

"I first entered my daughter into the Child Focus program two years ago as a preschooler. She not only suffered from speech issues, but feeding issues as well. The staff developed a plan for the next couple years of preschool, which helped my daughter thrive within the social environment of her peers. They also helped me get her an IEP within the West Clermont School District, so that I could ensure that her speech was still worked on as she moved through elementary school. My daughter graduated from preschool last year, but as a kindergartener she is still part of Child Focus by being part of their K-Plus program. I do not think my daughter or our family would have been as prepared for kindergarten if it had not been for Child Focus. We participated in numerous events and became part of the community. Now my youngest child is now involved in the Early Head Start side of Child Focus and he is thriving for being only 9 months! His progress amazes me! I will be enrolling him in their preschool program once he is of age. I look forward to being apart of Child Focus for a long time because they have made such a difference in the lives of my children. I would recommend their program to any family looking to become a part of the community!"
