"The First time I went there I got lasagna and it was amazing. How ever my second time......I got home and the lasagna had little to no sauce. So I called and being I live in Northridge wasn't driving back across and was told I would be given a credit on my account......So fast forward to today called and was told he had no recollection of talking to me and didn't even try to make it right in anyway......Moral of the story treat your returning customers right.......but hey I guess these days it's ok for even a suppose to be well know staple in the city to treat you like you went through McDonald's!"
"Ordered a reuben.......it arrived uncooked and the bread was basically dough at that point due to all the kraut juice saturating it......ordered the picked eggs and they were delivered in a ripped wax pouch, held together with rubber bands. These two fine elements resulted in the entirety of my carry out bag being filled with sauerkraut and picking juices by the time I got to the disgustingly unprepared sandwich. No receipt and then I see a $3.84 charge to "help maintain the website"....you know, that method of ordering that most businesses prefer because it cuts down on their labor, etc. Never again, severely disappointing."
"HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I thought I would give it another chance after the last 2x not being very good. So this time Not only did we have to wait almost a hour over the time but the food that was ordered was not what it was supposed to be. After they didn't give me my whole order to begin with. The sandwiches was a mess. One was mostly bread. Both the salads was messed up did not have the items on them that was requested. Sadly not impressed and not 100% sure that we will return! Used to be one of our favorites. Not so much the past couple times."
"Great food, very friendly help, and amazing desserts. Love the feel of the store worh plenty of chips, little sweets, and assortment of other snacks. Great selection on drink choices! Amazing pizza, one of the best in town. Sandwiches are amazing, will definitely be getting another! Definitely check them out if your new in town or just looking for a town favorite!"
