"Well at least they're not begging for tips. I get it you're making the same stuff a hundred times a day but simple requests like no sour cream and put everything in the bag shouldn't be that difficult. So is it incompetence or lack of caring? If it was rare I'd say just a mistake but look through the reviews it's not rare. To y their credit they tried to make it right but still got it wrong, just less wrong."

"We ordered our food, went to pay and the cashier told us to get back in line (that we already waited 20+ minutes in) to then be able to receive and pay for our food. We then asked if we would go inside and wait for the food, the cashier told us the doors were locked initially(they weren’t) then agreed that we could. When my fiancé got inside, a woman at the counter slammed our food down. (Insane that it was already done but they wanted us to go around the line and wait again.) He paid, then left. This whole encounter was weird, I get it you need rates and have to do so many cars an hour but it sounds like you all need to figure something out."

"WOW! Unbelievably unprofessional! I just went to this location and ordered food, when i got to the window to pay the lady handed me my card and i asked for a receipt. I was told there was no receipt paper. So I went home and called up there I was very polite I asked to speak to a manager when a manager got on the phone I tried to explain to her that I needed some sort of proof of purchase because if I'm purchasing items for a client I have to have a receipt so that they can't come back on me saying that I tried to steal or something. I never got a chance to explain any of this to her because she cut me off mid sentence said I don't have time for this hung up the phone and when I tried to call back she disconnected the phone."

"Food was delivered cold. Granted they were short staffed but I heard them cussing screaming and complaining the entire time. One person's order got completely screwed up and I actually heard someone have the audacity to say be happy you got food at all. You'll take what we give you and be happy as I'm there with my wife and three children. Everybody is cussing of course. We had already purchased our food and was sitting down. I personally will never go back to this Taco Bell and it needs a complete restructure of its employees along with him being taught proper etiquette. When customers are in the lobby. Not to mention no one took our order. We had to use the kiosk. We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be waited on before my wife figured it out without help from anybody else how to do it. It would have been nice to have been told to use the kiosk. Very rude. Do not plan on going back"
