Tim Hortons

"Popped in here in between my kids basketball games last week. Wife and I ordered the redbull refreshers. Very disappointing. Terrible value. Tasted like cleaning supplies. My kids shared some Tim bits, they were perfect as usual. The most disappointing part of the visit was the service. People behind the counter very short with my wife and I. Almost had an attitude that we were there. I won’t be back."

"So bad not even sure. Got me a sausage and egg biscuit combo, let me tell you it's no biscuit it's more like a croissant so they lied to you about that and then the potato hash brown with soggy nasty nasty tasting and the coffee is not much better. And another thing they don't sell blueberry donuts. So the bottom line is I wasted my time and money before work to get something that wasn't even edible and it was also not very hot none of it. And I stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes before anybody came over."

"So glad I came across this place on my way. The coffee was great and tasty, the donut bites were delicious and it had a great location. The lady who rang up my purchase was very nice and polite. This place is highly recommended"

"Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast, absolute worst service you could imagine. Went inside thinking it might be a bit quicker since the line outside went to the road. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes to finally get to the counter. Ordered our food, didn’t get the hash brown that came with the meal. Watched the workers argue with each other as they served both the person in front of and us and myself while passing up the couple that ordered before both of us and when they asked about it, they were spoken to with attitude from the employee who was scolded about talking to the customers like that in front of everyone. While all of this was going on, nobody had any sense of urgency. We’ve been to several Tim Hortons and this is by far the worst. We will never come back here. If I didn’t know better and have experience with the others, I wouldn’t come back to any tim hortons. They need a lot of work."

"Showed up at 10:45, only 2 other customers in front of me. Took a total of 15 minutes to get in line. I was screamed at that hash browns end at 11. Overheard the woman making the food say that after this order she’s “going to smoke, she doesn’t care about the other orders.” They were out of everything that I came for, and the service was so rude I ended up just walking out. New to Ohio, and EVERYONE told me that Tim Hortons was a joke. I try to form my own opinions, but it turns out they were right. Unfortunate that my first time at a Tim Hortons was so awful. I’ll probably never give them another chance. Honestly, find a real coffee and donut shop and save yourself the time and frustration."
