Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The restaurant was really dirty! As we walked in the door, we could see there was not one clean table to sit at. Ugh! No friendly greeting. No ice in ice machine (“it’s broken”), but no offer to get any ice behind counter. Juice drinks were all out or very low. Overflowing trash cans. But the guys cooking (w their music on) were having a great time talking/yelling in the back. Food was fortunately good, solid Chipotle food—just very poorly managed restaurant!"

"Usually Chipotle is the go-to spot for a good bite to eat. Usually they do a good job, but lately I've been pretty disappointed. The burritos, as seen, are terribly put together. They are missing ingredients, which especially sucks when you have to pay for them. The restaurant did seem clean enough though, and the staff were nice, professional and polite. So, if they could get the actual food part down I'd be a lot happier."

"I realize this is a well-worn critism of bowl building restaurants, like Piada, Bibibop, and Chipotle, but this Chipotle really DOES skimp on ingredients with Door Dash and online pick-up orders. I'll stop here and refer you to the picture. I mean, is it really possible that there's a cheese shortage in Huber Heights?? Doubtful. I understand shrinkflation, I really do, but consistency is the cornerstone of the food service industry, and this comes woefully short. This store's management won't care, but I hear the Chipotle on Colonel Glenn Hwy has a better reputation for being more consistent. Maybe the two franchise owners should talk. 2 stars instead on 1 because my order was ready on time and the meals were accurate."

"I have been to this location twice in a row this week only to be told they were out of chicken, cheese and some other ingredients one day and they were out of corn, chips, queso and other ingredients the next day. I feel like that’s unacceptable. Hours are listed until 10pm but if the entire food menu isn’t even available to customers up until closing, how are we supposed to get the full effect of the freshness Chipotle is supposed to offer? Disappointing. Restaurant has always been dirty too, when I’ve entered, and on the food station. Paper towels was out, utensils out. I asked the cashier what they could do, due to the inconvenience of them being out of everything but still wanting customers to pay full price she said there was nothing she could do."

"Please DO NOT order from here. Chipotle has gone downhill in such a way this is the last time I will ever order from them. The food portion they gave me, my kids laughed and said they wouldn't even be full eating the little amount I was given. The chips are greasy and burnt, like they redipped them in grease to "freshen" them up. This used to be my favorite restaurant but everything about my experience everytime I go here is just awful. Well I'm done! I left a 5 star review on Hot Head's sight 2 months ago because they"wow'ed' me like no other fast casual restaurant ever has! They filled my bowl with the freshest and hottest ingredients and the customer service was exceptional. I have found a new spot to go and I am requesting Chipotle refund my money for the lack of respect I was given for paying for such an expensive meal with such little care."
