"This location was clean and tidy. The food was good. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I think the food has gotten smaller. But that's to be expected probably in the economy that we're in. The service really we didn't have no service whatsoever at this location. We did not talk to one employee. It's almost self-served. The only time my cousin spoke to anyone was when he walked up to get our food. And that was just to thank them. The only other confusing part was. Now when you use the soda machine you have to use a QR code if that's attached to the bottom you receipt. This will operate the soda machine. Do not lose that slip of paper or you will not be able to get a refill. Prices were pretty reasonable. Although the $4 meals now I think went up to over five bucks. Can't remember exactly but they wasn't $4. But still worth the time that I spent with my cousin at a decent restaurant. Was not crowded at all. They were a few people in there but nothing like to be concerned about. But I would recommend going to this location. We will go back for sure."

"Order at self help kiosk, which is fine. Order was ready quickly, the service was fine, quick to respond to a missing bottle of water and apologetic. Food was tasty, shakes were great. Only downside was the restaurant was fairly cold inside, like they are adjusting for the grill being hot but the seating area was very chilly. Not a deal breaker, just kind of rushed our visit a bit."

"Best burgers I’ve had from steak and shake! I’ve eaten here a million times. Just hit the drive thru and these burgers actually looked like the ones on the commercials. I’m not kidding. They nailed it!!!"

"This store has really turned around! At first, I wasn't sure about the ordering kiosk, but they have a great system. The manager was on top of things, and the store was moving like clockwork. The food came out hot and quality! It was the steak and shake visit I needed. My whole family enjoyed their food, keep up the great work!"
