"Let me just say we haven't had bdubs in like a year and I was craving it and excited.. I'll start with the food. It was delicious. The seasoning on the wedges is addicting. However, I was shocked at the portion of the onion rings. For $6 I got 7 ONION RINGS. That's basically $1 per ring. And they were very greasy. When I picked up the order and tried to check it, the sticker goo just kept sticking to my fingers and it wouldn't rip so I couldn't get into the bag without ripping it. The Boxes of chicken were soggy falling apart when I got home so that was messy along with the sticker goo that KEPT sticking to me so that was frustrating. The bags are also made with actual holes in the bottom so that doesn't go well with soggy boxes when you have the food in your carseat. No one wants to put their food in the floorboard just to put it on the counter when they get home. They seriously need to rethink their packaging as a whole."

"Walked in, was not greeted. Sign displayed informing customers to seat themselves. I don't know my server's name because he never introduced himself. Caucasian male, light color hair, tattoos on his arm, probably in his 20's. Not very customer friendly. Ordered a drink and wings. Food was hot, but lacked enough sauce. Tasted like I was eating naked (no sauce) wings. Prices have been raised due to inflation and we have Biden to thank for that. This location was not busy at all, maybe 4 tables myself included had people in them. However the food did come out quick and food temperature was hot, so I can't complain about that. I had to ask for a refill on my drink which by the way, customers should never have to ask for a refill. I often use to visit this location but after today's visit, I do not believe I will return as service obviously took a dive into the dumpster."

"Aren't the brisket tacos supposed to have guacamole on them? I didn't unselect any options when ordering. I don't know about anyone else, but I get awfully tired of having my orders messed up. I guess I'm going to have to start opening boxes right there when I pick up the food."

"Food was good but we sat at the bar and the young man serving us was sort dry with us. I felt he needs to be a little friendlier in his line of work, he could just have been having a bad day. Had same experience in October 2023, love the draft beer but posting a pic of the worker. What if the customer had a bad day as well...do better."

"TVs everywhere, lots of people drinking beer, eating chicken, and wiping grease off their hands from the burgers. Their menu only has two patty burgers but if you ask, like I did, you can get a single patty. Still greasy as all get out. Hubby got chicken that came with the whitest ranch sauce I've ever seen. Food is always good, and if you drink enough, it's great. Ps..pretzel bites are the bomb!"
