"The food is mostly decent with exception of the order taker really having care as it relates to the order given, special requests or simple clarification. I visited this store twice in the same week, and both times I went through the drive thru I was treated as if "I was an inconvenience. I had some serious oral surgery done so finding something I could eat and enjoy would be at KFC but, the female that took my order on Friday 12/8 before 3pm and (sounded the same) on 12/10 5pm (not the same female at the window but, I couldn't shake that she didn't take the order because, it was scary the same made me feel terrible as if I was wasting their time. I seriously wanted to cry. What's more I asked for a little extra gravy, corn and cheese but, I got a bowl full of gravy. I would never be so mean to another person. These employees made me cry and no stranger should have that effect on another. If it's a bad day, hang back and let someone take the orders or don't go in."
"I visited Oct. 31 2023. The service was good the chicken not so much. I got the 2 piece meal crispy (both legs). The chicken was tasteless, the "crispy" skin had a like flour powdery taste texture and no seasoning, spice nothing, it was not good at all. Never had anything like it. So disappointed."
"Drum wing and thigh look like they were fried twice because they are much greasier and darker than the beast. Fries are so salty they're spicy."
