Hardee’s

"I usually don't write reviews, However I received exemplary service today. Earlier this morning, I placed the DoorDash order which unfortunately got mixed up somewhere in the lines of the door Dasher Picking up the order. Having four kids, a side of hash browns (which is what the dasher delivered) was not gonna be enough to feed all four of them. So at that point I went ahead Put my shoes on and put my coat on and headed to Hardy's and Expected to pay for the food and have it made fresh. When I got there, the cashier as well as the manager asked me what was going on and I told them what it happened and by no means Was it their fault in the least bit. However , they chose to go ahead and take care of it and didn't charge me anything for the food and gave me more than what I originally had ordered. Both of them were super courteous and wonderful. I will absolutely give them my business in the future based off of this experience thank you so much for making my morning and truly Turned my day around. You both are fantastic!"

"Nick in the drive thru was very helpful. Went over and above. On coldest day of the year, the signs on drive-through were still on breakfast, and Nick came out and turned them around for me. I also asked Nick for a recommendation on a burger, and he recommended the Frisco burger which was delicious. Nick was super friendly and you could tell he loves his job. Need more employees like Nick. Huber Heights store 1506171"

"Not the worst location I've visited, but close. I've been here a few times. I usually use the drive-thru, but they're always so slow and apathetic that today I went inside. The guy who took my order didn't listen very well and handed me a regular beverage cup instead of a coffee cup. He corrected that when asked, but I don't remember an apology. I assume he was the manager, because as I was leaving the store he was interviewing a job applicant. When I got the food home, I discovered half of it was made wrong. The Frisco Breakfast Sandwich didn't have egg. The Loaded Burrito had nothing but egg, cheese, and sausage. I tried calling to talk to them about it and discovered their number has been disconnected. Since my prior experiences seem to be the norm for this location, I am not surprised--nor will I be when it goes out of business. I won't go here again."

"Excited to try this Hardee’s for the first time, we got there weren’t any customers in line so we were hopeful we could get our food fast and head to work. Nope. 16 minutes of waiting inside, 3 cars in the drive through serviced, and we still waited. Left before our order was completed because we were running late. Unfortunately, the food was very greasy/oily to the point it leaked through the bag. Kinda gross. Food was not good and we didn’t eat it. Sorry to say but we won’t be back, and don’t recommend."
