"Soggy Fries Took Forever Cold food poor service One employee was on her phone the entire 20 minutes we sat in line the other decided to take a quick dance while we were starving to death car. The drink didn’t even taste like water. I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO COME TO THIS LOCATION ID RATHER EAT AT BURGER KING!"
"ordered 5 footlong coney dogs online and it said it was going be ready at 9:29. get there a bit past 930 and told them i was here for my pickup they said it would be ten more mins as they needed to warm up more chili which i was fine with. i then had to wait 30 more mins to get my food and when they brought it out to me after asking them what was taking so long hald the footlongs were old and cold like they let some sit the whole time we had to wait. will never come back and these lazy workers need fired cause this isnt the first time thia has happened."
"I really love Sonic’s cherry limeade but you are lucky to get a decent one from this location. The Sonic in Springfield has, hands down, the best cherry limeades ever. I told the Springfield employee how pleased I was and she told me that they had so many complaints about theirs that they had to make some changes to the way they were making them. I’m thinking Huber Heights needs to ask Springfield what changes they made, because they are killing it!"
"This place is a hit or miss but more often a miss than a hit! Service is slower than my teenager putting her makeup on. Be prepared to sit at the speaker and wait 10mins to place your order while the line piles up behind you. Mozarella sticks were old, way overcooked and soaked in grease (as seen in the picture) the last time i ordered. Also we paid for a large and got half the amount of fries. Just no. I dont like Mcdonalds but would of rathered ordered from them then here and I usually love sonic. Not this one!"
"I went to the Sonics on Brandt Pike, orders an #6 and # 13 with fries and tater tots and 2 shakes waited for about 10 mins and received cold food. I called the store a lady said she was the manager and cook and said the food was cold and then said I called her a liar. I then asked for her name she told me to have a great day and hung up. She was very disrespectful rude and I never called her anything, I didn’t even get a chance to speak before she went off on me. I paid to get hot food and instead received a lot of attitude. Terrible Customer Service!!"
