"Was ok Order biggie bag.. there were literally only 5 fries in the box and the large fry was like a small. Too much ice in drinks.. if we visit .. will mention at the window to FILL MY FRIES UP and NOT TOO MUCH ICE.."

"I end up stopping there to get two frosty's. I got a medium chocolate Frosty and a small peppermint. For starters don't even get me started on the price for the sizes. Totally overpriced especially when it comes to the small. The chocolate frosting was normal. It was thick and taste it good. But the small peppermint was just like air. I can't even describe it it just was so light it was nothing like the normal frosty. The peppermint flavor was good. But there is no consistency like a frosty at all. I was very disappointed for the price I paid. But the service and the staff were very excellent and kind."

"I don't know who the manager is in this store, or the district or regional manager. It's glaringly apparent that nobody in this food chain cares about the lack of professionalism and attention to detail to take care of their customers that frequent this store. Only a 1 star can be selected above. If there was a negative star I certainly would pick that one. This store has put a black blotch on the company. Fix this store or I'll take my business to your biggest competitor."

"This is by far the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to. I've been shorted on my nuggets 3 times. I ordered 10, I want 10; not 6, 8 or 7. If I order spicy, I want spicy, not a mix. If you don't have spicy, tell me so I can change my order because I don't like the regular nuggets. When I check my order and count, I have to go in and I'm met with attitude. All I want is what I ordered, it isn't hard. Don't make subs to someone's order without letting them know that it needs to be done. God forbid THEY forgot part of your order. That's a whole different problem. The lobby isn't open most times, so you have to get back in the line and wait another 20 minutes to have anything corrected."
