"i have an extremely difficult to wrangle 120 lb bloodhound with LOTS of puppy energy (he just turned 1), and i took him here today to get some basic grooming and use the self serve dog wash that i’ve used with all of my dogs for years. the staff here is so friendly, and accommodating! first off, i want to compliment the grooming staff for being so patient with my dog, as he is NOT easy to groom at all. they had one person trimming his nails, one person holding him and loving on him, and another talking to him, and they all looked so happy to do it! they took pictures with him, and totally made him feel like they were his new friends. then the manager helped me find a solution to be able to bathe him when he wouldn’t get in the self serve tub, and i had people waiting to bathe their dogs behind me. the staff at the registers and the manager were all so nice in helping me get him smelling good. the cashier gave him a free ball, discounted every service i got him, and even gave me a discount on the toys i bought him for having such a difficult day. i know me and sonny will absolutely be back to see his new friends!"

"The emoloyees are friendly and you can usually find what you need. My dogs love going up here and saying hi. My only complaint is that the grooming department is so up and down on quality. We stopped using it because of this."

"This place is clean, and those employees who will interact with you are for the most part friendly. Trying to buy fish or needing help with plants from the tank. Good luck several times ive come in, and someone will say I'll be right with you. Walk off and never be seen again. I'll wait about 10 to 15 min before just leaving. I only come here if I really need something like fish food or chemicals I can pick up and go."

"Got my curly hair tarantula here and they gave me her enclosure with her for a discount. The tarantula enclosures they have for the tarantulas need more substrate/dirt but other than that i give it an 9/10"
