"Place has gone from bad to worse. Slow service, cold (or wrong) food. And if you use the app be aware they will NOT refund you if they do not have the items. Kept telling me to "dispute it in the app". But you CAN'T. The app does not have that capability once you hit the drive-thru and they pull it from the system."
"I'd gotta off work late and decided I wanted some mcdonald's and saw that the store didn't close until 11 pm. I arrived at 10:32 pm only to find the building empty with what I assume to be an employee sitting out in their car. If you're going to advertise that your store is open until 11pm, actually be open. On top of that, usually, the food from this location has been on par with your standard. However, recently its seemed like the employees have stopped caring about any of the food their making. I've received multiple bags of food that have either been missing items, had incorrect items, or have had easy instructions, something as easy as removing pickles from a sandwich, completely ignored. I'm not sure what exactly is going on at this McDonald's, but I highly recommend it is avoided as there are plenty of other restaurants in the immediate area."
"It would be a miracle if they got an order right, or included napkins, or the sauce you want with nuggets. Food is usually cold. Worst McDonald's in Dayton."
"sat in the lobby for 20 minutes with 10 otger customers wasnt even aknowleged rhat we were standing and waiting kiosk was shut down they do not apparently take orders durning lunch from anyone inside the store food delivery and drive thru only pretty pathetic when you blatently ignore your customers at least welcome us and tell us your busy most of us understand that but to not even aknowlege your customers is just an insult"
"The dining room was clean, but it seems to me that they allow ladies of the night to congregate. I had no idea the area was subject to this because there is not a cheap hotel next door."
