"Driver was very polite but half order was missing. I called and talked to very nice lady that forwarded me to manager. She was very hard to understand and I explained what I was missing. She argued and said driver come and fix. 1.5 hours later, no driver. I called and unfortunately had to talk to manager again. Rude, argued and said they fix next time no refunds, even though only got 1/2 order, and hung up on me. I ate food I essentially paid double for and spent the rest of the evening sick. Terrible business. I should have read reviews.don’t eat here"

"Review: I was disappointed with the vegetable egg rolls as they were below average. All I could taste was cabbage and there were no bean sprouts, carrots, or tofu included. Additionally, the egg rolls were quite small in size. Due to this, I won't be ordering them again. Moving on to the vegetable lo mein, my main complaint is that it was dry. There was no sauce at the bottom, and it left my throat feeling parched while eating it. Although it didn't taste terrible, it certainly wasn't great either. It's not like I didn't enjoy it at all, but they really need to make it more flavorful and moist. Moreover, the tofu had absolutely no taste whatsoever. I've had lo mein from various places across America, and this is the first time I've encountered tofu with a rancid flavor. It's highly unlikely that I'll dine at this Chinese restaurant again. It seems like the Chinese restaurant owners may have given up and lost interest. As customers, we don't write negative reviews to criticize, but rather to experience the best of Chinese cuisine. This subpar Americanized food doesn't meet our expectations, and we know you can do better. However, my biggest issue wasn't with the food itself, but rather the language barrier."

"I'm never going here again, you're getting over charged people. Check your receipt against the menu prices. They over charged me $2.25 and refused to let me use the coupon that they just mailed out. They just right out lied and I'm calling the BBB on them along with not honoring a valid coupon and then charging a different price then posted. They've been doing this a while and it's going to stop now. Do yourself a favor, go to CJ Chan's which is right there and tastes so much better and doesn't do sneaky underhanded illigal things."

"We have consistently had wonderful food from here. Their delivery is super quick (usually within 25 minutes; we're 2.5 miles away). The Mongolian pork is absolutely amazing. Pot stickers and crab Rangoon are always on point. Beef lo mein, chicken chow mein, and hunan beef are also favorites. Side note: we've never eaten at the location, so I can't say anything about their service in that respect, but they're always nice when I call in."
