"Love this place. I come here often. They have 2 menus. One is a Chinese menu and the other is a traditional menu. You can use Google translate for Chinese menu. Their beef brisket is to die for"

"I placed an order at CJ Chan for vegetable Lo Mein and two spring rolls. Knowing that this restaurant tends to serve dry noodles, I requested extra sauce. It is advisable to have plenty of liquid on hand. Unfortunately, the Lo Mein had very few vegetables. I could only find a couple of pieces of onions, three small pieces of broccoli, and a few other vegetable bits. It was incredibly dry, to the point where I was so disappointed that I threw it all away. Additionally, they did not make my dish as spicy as I had asked. Feeling upset, I called CJ Chan to express my dissatisfaction. This was the third time they had messed up my order in the past few months. They offered to remake it, but I didn't want to drive back after coming home and getting angry. Besides, I no longer trust them to do the right thing after multiple previous mistakes. I have made the decision to never order from them again. Despite previously writing positive reviews about CJ Chan, I overlooked their previous errors. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring problem. I believe their decline in quality is a result of struggling to keep up with online orders. Nowadays, it seems that money takes priority over maintaining their standards. As a community, Asian people in America have shifted away from their wonderful traditions and blindly adopted a more profit-oriented mindset. However, I also recognize that Americans have stopped demanding quality service, allowing Asian establishments to take advantage of the situation. This disrespect towards the hard work and sacrifices of Asian ancestors, who created new cuisines using different ingredients, deeply upsets me. It seems that the dollar has taken precedence over quality, and this acceptance of mediocrity as the norm must stop. If we continue down this path, future generations will never fully understand the efforts made by their ancestors to establish thriving communities in this country. Therefore, my dissatisfaction with CJ Chan goes beyond just my disappointing order. It is about preserving the memories of their own past, which they clearly do not value. Note: Google cut both video’s to 30 seconds. I did not edit."

"I previously lived in Xenia, and they had a Chinese takeout spot that I really loved! Once I moved (Clayton and now Kettering), I have had THE HARDEST TIME finding a place that most importantly is clean, then has really good food and is located south of Dayton. After trying around 10 different places, I can across this place on a whim. The service was great! They were very friendly and quick to take my order. The prices were phenomenal. The menu was pretty standard for those of its kind. The food itself was definitely good and worth returning. The atmosphere was nice as well. They had a nice dining room for guests who choose to eat-in, which I appreciated. They even had a pretty extensive sushi menu. Though I didn't try the sushi this time, I'll be sure to try it next time."

"My son work here as a waiter over a year and half. I have been their customer longer than that. Restaurant nice and clean, the foods was delicious. They have little bar there. It’s not just a Chinese fast foods restaurant, but it had every dish from Chinese, Sushi and Hot Pots as well. Ours families had try many dishes from them."

"I don't know what has happened to my favorite neighborhood Chinese Restaurant. Of late, the food (Chicken and Broccoli and Lo Mein) has been very bland. Almost no flavor at all. I stopped going for a little while in hopes things would improve, but to my disappointment this evening, not much has changed. I felt I was eating microwaved broccoli, boiled chicken, and watered-down sauce. Luckily, I had some Soy Sauce at home, so I was able to replace it to get more flavor. Please go back to the original recipe that was so very flavorful. I really hate not visiting you. You were my go-to spot. I'll be waiting.. Location: 2747 W Alex Bell Rd."
