"Showed up at 9:30 when they close at 11. The workers rudely told us they were out of everything; lettuce, cheese, chicken - and made it a point to let us know we were not welcome there. One sat at the table on her phone and laughed as we left. I used to work at Chipotle when I was younger and I understand it’s a difficult job but treating people with disrespect and going out of your way to not do the exact job you were hired to do let’s me know management has zero interest in the business or employees."
"This store at 1925 W Dorothy Ln, 45439 is beyond filthy, or I should say NASTY. Tables, floors, cooking and prepping areas. I asked the food handler to clean the food stand before preparing my foods. I got there at 1:50pm and it probably wasn’t cleaned since the store opened, she wiped and threw all the food droppings on the already dirty floor. The grill is beyond nasty, the food handler took out her cellphone and took a selfie in front the dirty grill. The cashier’s area is an untidy and dusty disaster. Under and around the beverage machine is the dumpster, and a safe heaven for rodents. This location went from being crowded daily to me being the only customer."
"This chipotle is awesome! First off they have a drive thru window which is top choice for when you are on the go. Second the staff has always been super kind and friendly. Third great outside and inside seating. Finally it is a very clean space as well."
"Was a good Chipotle in the beginning. However the last few times I've ordered my order wasn't ready and I had to wait for it. I also feel like I got about half of the portion I used to get. Probably won't go back... See pictures."
