"Wash station is a bit wonky. Water pressure problems and the velocity dryer isn't the strongest. I prefer the wash station from Pet supplies plus in Beechmont. Same setup but better, and less expensive. $15 a dog is very expensive compared to $5 at Pet Supplies. My pups left not fully dry. The towels were also heavily stained and gross."
"I went in wanting and ready to buy the 2 ferrets but Justin needs to work on his customer service skills. He’s rude and honestly if he had been nicer I would’ve bought both of the ferrets."
