Wendy's

"Ordered a Dave's double meal with cheese no onions. Medium fry and medium diet coke. What I got: No receipt, cold medium fries, medium coke & a chicken sandwich. I would call to complain but what's the point? It was drive thru I'm already home. So I paid for an $11.50 meal but got a $10.49 meal instead.. I don't know if I'm more mad for paying more money than my meal is worth OR the fact that Wendy's can't tell the difference between hamburger patties and chicken. Don't even get me started on the tomato end and the tiny piece of lettuce or the lack of visible mayo. Do they even watch the white, red and green training videos anymore? Won't be going back to this Wendy's again."

"Ok so my daughter got wendys for our family in the drive thu. They messed up our order by not adding chives to the baked potatoes and my wife (who has a gluten allergy) ordered a baconator with no bun. Of course they put a bun on it. We tried to call but got no answer. My daughter went back tonight to try and get a replacement order for their mess up the previous night. They gave her a hard time at first but did replace it. When we got home we found They didn't put the bacon on the potatoes this time. So we called because that's a little ridiculous. The manager swore there was bacon on them as she says she made them herself. She tells us the only way she would replace is if we bring the potatoes back tonight. Now I live 20 minutes away from the store and no way I am wasting the gas for 2 baked potatoes. All she had to do was take our name and have us pick them up later, instead she continues to call us a liar as there was no way since she made them herself. We asked for someone higher then her as she swears there was no one higher there. After a few minutes all of a sudden the GM of the store just so happens to be there also. He gets on the phone and also basically tried to calls us a liar. They refused to give us a number to district or the franchise number as they are not corporate. Attached is the potatoes that clearly doesn't have bacon. At this point I am more made about them basically calling us liars. I mean bacon isn't that big a deal overall."

"This is the Wendy's in Marion I always prefer to go to because the food is always hot, made right, and the staff is friendly. They were out of vanilla frosty the last time I went, though. Wanted it for my dogs. But still the best Wendy's in Marion!"

"I literally asked for a fresh crispier than normal spicy chicken sandwich not only did i get a regular chicken sandwich but it was raw! I was biting it and cleaning my house so it took a couple bites but it finally clicked that the chicken was just not right"
