"Placed an order for pickup and received it 15 minutes late. Got home with the food and was missing multiple items. The items that were received all had missing ingredients. Had a double order of hash browns with tomatoes, cheese, onion, chili, ham, and received a single order with only cheese. Missing an order of grits. The sandwiches were supposed to come with diced onions and they were missing from both. First time ordering at this location and likely the last. Wasted quite a bit of money."

"The guy behind the counter was slightly creepy by telling me that my food smelled good and was making him hungry. Then he hovered and made me feel like I was being watched. When I made eye contact with him, he said that he was waiting for me to taste the meat. Uh, O-Kay.... It may not be as weird as I think it is. But it felt weird to me. He never refilled my coffee and good thing he didn't bring up the meat. It was horrible. I will always remember how much I didn't enjoy it. How do you even get well done, medium well, medium and bloody mush all into one quarter inch thick slice of t-bone? The guy saw how much of it I didn't eat and asked me if I wanted a box to take it with me.. I laughed. The eggs and the hash browns and the toast were excellent! I will definitely eat those again!"
