"Stood at the counter for 6 minutes while three employees stood by the soda machine for the drive-thru having a fairly funny conversation from what I could see so I walked out without even getting to order. There was one couple setting in the lobby eating, me standing at the counter and nobody in the drive-thru. Terrible service and I'd assume the food would be like any other taco bell but I didn't get to order so I'm not sure."
"Really the trend of the future but I was not used to having to order my own food electronically. No directions. No help. Need to provide some directions."

"Horrible costumer serive here. My husband waited in the mobile orderliness as 3 other cars ordered. He thought it was broken after saying hello. He pulled forward and said he waited and thought it was broken, so he pulled forward. Manger started yelling at him about being a child and needing to go the back. Will not be going back till hearing from corporate."
"By far the worst quality food I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. Everything cold, old and inedible. It’s as if this was intentionally awful. If it was meant to be soft, it was stale. If it was meant to be crunchy, it was soggy."
