"one of my favorite fast seafood fast food. last to times waited 35 min. tonight waited 45 minutes girl came out back because people started honking. finally got to window counted atleast four, plus women that said only 2. got order it was 2 of the same (wife very unhappy) so my last trip there. i gave one star cause 0 was not avalible"
"Usually, when we go here, the foods are amazing, but yesterday, they were not as good as it usually is. I totally understand their understaffed and such, but the cook must've been rushing cause they were busy. I will always go here, but the cook needs to remember to take their time getting the food cooked properly."
"Used to be our favorite restaurant in town. We visited 11-18-23 8pm. Mens restroom was very dirty. The person who took our order was very unprofessional and leaned on the counter while taking our order. I gave her my order and she said "WHAT"...very rude. The same person brought our food out and told us when we were done and pointed to the trash. Don't know what changed at Captain D's in Findlay, but we will think again before stopping there. Pretty much $30.00 wasted."
"Food was great. Service was really slow. They were very busy and while no one said anything, I am sure they were short handed. I will go agian because of the food being great and fresh. Right now everyone is short handed and it slows everything down. The inside is clean and well lite. The drive thru is strange and very tight but manageable. The location is hard to find off Tiffin Ave. It's behind the gas station."
