"Having recently moved to Bowling Green Ohio, I am still learning the area. I recently stopped into The Wendy's on Main Street. The person who waited on me was very professional, however I was informed that the monitor which had the prices for the meals was burned out and has been for months. So I had to resort to this card, which had no prices and small print to order. The food came out in a timely manner and was prepared to expectations. The single burger, baked potato, and chicken sandwich were fine. The Fries were soggy and didn't have much taste to them. The Soda pop machine almost had too many choices and the touch screen menu was a bit clunky. I opted for coke zero and it came out just fine. So bottom line, food was decent. The fries were a letdown though. The restaurant needs some TLC, it seems a deep clean is in order as the dining area looked neglected and please get a new TV screen so everyone can see what they want to order, no excuse for that. Overall ok but didn't set my world on fire."

"Ghost pepper sandwich was super spicy, I liked it a lot. Not a fan if the loaded nacho burger, don't care for the corn nuts. Service was speedy quick in drive thru when I went."

"The food was consistent with other Wendy's restaurants...generally good value. The server was a little abrupt, but it wasn't a big deal. The floors had recently been mopped and were extremely slippery to the point where a couple of kids were running and sliding in front of the drink dispenser. The worst part of this experience was that a staff member followed me into the washroom, finished before me and left without washing her hands. Gross. There's a big sign on the bathroom door that employees must wash hands, but this girl didn't and it was the most off-putting thing I've experienced in a food establishment in a long time. We were just passing through and won't ever stop here again, but to others who eat here, good luck."

"The dining area was again clear and empty. I did notice light bulbs being stored in the dining area. Cones up around the soda and condiment area but Almost no other patrons. The drive thru was full and busy. I am not sure if they were under staffed but again doing the best with their resources."
