I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE RETURN SHIPPING AS CHEAP AS POSSIBLE, THEN THEY REFUND A PARTIAL REFUND AND CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE. I EMAILED THEM TO REMIND HIM OF WHAT HE AGREED AS THIS WAS NO FAULT OF MY OWN. HE REFUNDS THE RESTCOKING FEE BUT NOT THE RETURN SHIPPING OF $13.60. HE IS NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS. MY TRUCK HAS BEEN DOWN FOR LONG TIME BECAUSE OF THIS AND NOW HE WONT HONOR HIS MISTAKE. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUM....RUN! I HAD TO PURCHASE A STARTER ELSWHERE. I HAVE THE WHOLE EMAIL THREAD TO PROVE THIS FACT. FIND SOMEONE ELSE WHO STANDS UP TO THIER WORD."
