"I stopped by here today to pick up a part for my Nissan Versa.The girl who answered the phone at the parts department when I had called earlier was named Patricia. This afternoon I drove over there parked my car and walked into the parts department. Patricia was at the counter. She wrote the part up and told me to walk around the corner to pay the cashier. It was about 15 feet. The cashier pulled the ticket in the blink of an eye and I paid for it and brought the ticket back to Patricia. She already had the part sitting on the counter.The whole process took about four minutes. Granted I was the first in line when I walked up. But never have I ever gotten service that fast when buying a part for my car.Never. When I walked back to my Gf’s car she asked me ,”Oh they didn’t have it?” I told her actually they did have it. She said you weren’t even gone five minutes! I said yes I know. “That’s the fastest I’ve ever bought a part for my car in my life.” Thats a five-star experience all the way.It makes me smile thinking about it."
