"If it's a life saving medication you need I would not recommend this pharmacy. I fought with two doctor offices over the two weeks of Christmas and new years to get new script for insulin. A medication my insulin pump must have to keep me healthy and stable. Finally get a script to this pharmacy. A work at home employee tells me it's being filled and over nighted. I express how urgent this is since I am almost completely out. However no med arrives call pharmacy to find it never even shipped that day but instead they didn't have it in stock and never reached out. I am now completely out of insulin. They say that's okay since you got admitted to a hospital they can help you. NO THIS IS NOT OKAY HAVING HAD I NOT GOTTEN THE FLU AND BEEN ADMITTED I WOULD BE AT HOME WITH OUT OF CONTROL BLOOD SUGARS BECAUSR YOU COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO NOTIFY ME YOU DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK. This should never have happened and should hopefully never happen to another patient. From st vincent DR'S and pharmacy I have been left in an unsafe situation. Total neglect on all sides"

"Wow! I have been having an incredible amount of trouble getting a prescription filled at another pharmacy so my doctor suggested using the hospital's pharmacy instead. Not only do they have the sweetest staff but when they found out I was not able to drive back to St. Vincent's to pick up my prescription, they arranged to have it FedEx'd to me! Now THAT is amazing customer service! Thank you!"
