"This business is a scam. They sell parts on ebay, mark them as shipped, and never send them. Then Q&E Parts replies to every correspondence with " We apologize once again for the delay on not getting your funds back to your account. We have elevated this request in order to have this refund prioritized. You will get an update from us of your funds being issued back to your account as soon as possible." This is repeated until it times out in Ebay. No refund, no product. They just take your money."

"What words to describe this shameful company? Disgraceful, dishonest, scammers, liars come to mind! I purchased an item from them on eBay & the payment was made May 30, 2022 to which they claimed to have shipped same day. Over a month later, the tracking number provided showed ZERO progress at which point, I became suspicious. I checked the tracking number via USPS to find out the item was never shipped much less received by them. I then contacted them & they claimed the item was 'misplaced,' which was clearly a lie. They advised they would refund which was another lie. I filed a claim through eBay & they wanted to give them additional time beyond the near two months that passed! No wonder this Seller does this foolishness! I did eventually get my money back but it took considerable effort. Check their Google feedback, 99% of them are NEGATIVE & on eBay, as of July 6, 2022, they have a shocking 700+ NEGATIVE reviews within a month alone, nearly 2K NEGATIVE reviews in the past 6 months & almost 3K NEGATIVE reviews (& counting) within the past year! That's UNHEARD of & eBay continues to provide a platform to this Seller! They should be arrested & prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!"

"WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I purchased two items from their Ebay store. I live in Australia and the item was being posted from the US. After just 2 days the tracking showed delivery. I never received the items. When I sent them a message, they replied that the item was lost by the shipper but they don't have anymore stock so will issue me with a full refund. Well they lied because not only did they not refund me but they continued listing the items they stated were no longer in stock. I was forced to file a Paypal claim and after investigating the seller Paypal refunded me my money. I have reported this seller to Ebay as I fully believe they are scammers. Stay away from this seller. There are many honest other sellers you can buy your parts from who won't steal your money like these guys. Stay away from them!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Bought 2 gas caps from Ebay on the 7th and almost 2 weeks later the item has never been shipped and is still in Miami. This dishonest company sells items, takes your money & never ships the item. Then you need to fight with them and waste more time to get your money back and then causing you to buy elsewhere. Should have taken 3 days to Ohio. Beware they do this to everyone. Should be zeroes. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!"

"eBay feedback was positive, so I placed an order. The tracking number provided listed delivery to another state. They have not issued a refund. I see several other customers have reported the same activity. Smells like a scam. Absolutely do not purchase anything from this seller."
