"BE CAREFUL ordering from Smartliners-USA. Their system placed duplicate orders within :02 seconds of each other duplicating the charge and the shipping. I received both liners, I emailed them with the error and they said ok, its 15$ a box to ship back. I explained this is their fault and Destiny the customer service rep snidely kept repeating thats our policy. I have disputed with my credit card company, which Destiny laughed at me about. BEWARE of this company, their technology issues become your COST."

"Order had manufacturing flaws. Mats were paper thin at the corners to the point I thought I was going to poke my finger through it. Placed a return within 1 hour of receipt. Approved but only sent 1 tag for a 2 box shipment. Told me I have to pay for the second tag. That is not a free return. Told they would refuse the package if I packed it all in 1 box for the return. Very poor customer service for a return buyer. Handing it over to Amazon for the A-Z guarantee as it is listed as free returns."

"Horrible post sale service! Doesn't fit! I purchased a trunk liner for a 2019 Audi S5 Sportback. After installing the liner there was a crease/fold in the liner indicating a fitment issue. When I contacted customer service for resolution, they did not believe me and asked me to provide the following NOT all at once but every step/response I gave: 1) VIN: Done, despite the fact that their configurator had me identify my car make/model 2) Pictures of the crease: Done 3) Picture of Item part # sticker: Done 4) Latest was to ask for another picture of the entire installation! I also don't think they are going to honor the refund based in this experience!! Clearly they do not believe the client and are more interested in running out the clock rather than resolve the issue. The back and forth with the company wasted time, was insulting and just way too difficult. WeatherTech here I come!! The price savings is NOT worth it"

"BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO ACCESSORIES GARAGE (operated by Kramer America and Smart-Liner USA)There are a lot of reputable auto parts websites to purchase from – don’t choose this company!  We had a very disappointing, and expensive, experience.  We purchased from auto accessories garage.com (Kramer America / Smartliner USA) a set of maxliner floor mats that were supposedly custom fit for our suv. Front and back floor mats and rear cargo mat = about $245 total cost. They were a poor fit – the cargo mat particularly poor with nearly a depth 4 inches short. The design and quality were also poor.  All 4 raised sides of the cargo mat curled over at the top of the raised edge.  The material was cheap and thin. So the curled over top of the raised edge, was supposed to be (I guess) a finished edge, but instead it was not uniform and cheesy.  And, with a 2 inch raised edge even at the hatch opening, it was awkward to load and unload items over that 2 inch raided edge sticking up. The floor mats were no better.  The fronts had a 1/4 inch gap on the door side that would allow debris down between the mat and the door jam. Rear mats where long making them pucker where it went over the hump in the middle. We decided to return due to poor quality, design, and fit especially for the $245!.  I contacted Autoaccessoriesgarage (Kramer America / Smartliner USA) for return information. I received an email about their return policy – yes you can return in 30 days – but BUYER BEWARE.  They charged me $96 to return the two boxes of mats and $36 restocking fee – for these pieces of junk.  Guess I should have went with weathertech mats for $100 more.  I called customer service at Auto accessories garage (Kramer America /Smartliner USA). They said there was nothing they could do about the charges, policy is policy. I would strongly discourage anybody from making a purchase from unless you're 110% positive you won't be returning. I hope this helps the next person. Buyer beware."

"Bought cargo liner for my 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. This vehicle was redesigned and the cargo area is larger than in previous years. They assumed it was the same. I asked to return it and they wanted me to pay to ship it back. They made me send a ton of pictures and then accused me of installing it incorrectly. Finally after 3 phone calls and 10+ emails they agreed to send me a return label. Poor customer service. Will never buy from them again. If you are buying a brand new vehicle and buy mats from them, keep your box. They might not fit."
