"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! SAFETY CONCERNS with work. Mavis owns this company now and does not care about the customer. Aurthur Mueler and Matthew Lundy with Mavis corporate only care about the bottom line and are not concerned with making it right. Went in for tires and a level kit and came out with a damaged axel, 4x4 actuator and bolts not put back leaving myself, wife and three kids stranded in the middle of the night on a trip. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere but here. Another area to note is that this is a picture of the axel they installed due to the mechanic damaging the original one while installing the level kit. Didn’t tell me they damaged the original until I arrived and did not replace with an original motorcraft part. Along with parts not bolted back to original locations."

"What an awesome experience. I had an oil leak on my vehicle, I thought was caused by a localmoil change place. I had a very specific budget to work in. They diagnosed the issue and was just outside my budget. The managers made every effort to accommodate me and in the end my truck was repaired and returned when they said it was."

"Scheduled an online appointment later in the afternoon to get my squealing brakes checked out and came in to the team completely swamped with cars. Although it was clear they would need to stretch to make it work, they accommodated me and took great care of my car. My mechanic quickly identified the issue and the team here quickly got the parts needed put in to bring my car’s performance back to par. This shop has my full confidence and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here again for any reason"

In less than 2 hours my brakes were fixed AND an oil change done. Superior customer service, quick turnaround time and affordability just made my day! Thanks Tom and thank your team for me too!
