"I refiled my specialty script online and it never sent and never received a follow up call or message of any kind. Currently on hold for 45 minutes and still waiting. Its unfortunate aenta/blue cross forces me to use this company never had any issues with the handful of specialty pharmacies before."

"Most horrible experience, I keep getting the run around. I get no real answers. Takes an hour wait to get a hold of anyone and when they do answer they are rude and not understanding at all. its been about a week and I still haven't received a date or any response when ill get my medication. If I can only do negative stars I would. I'm going to look into reporting to the BBB"

"Terrible company. I wish we weren’t forced to use them. Incredibly slow, online “status” is not correct. Paid for meds days ago that haven’t shipped. When I called, I was told prior authorization was required. I already had PA and that’s how I was able to pay. I do not want a rep to reach out. I want you guys to fix your issues. Don’t bid with insurance companies for business if you can’t do the job. We are people with medical needs, not numbers. Not profits. Get it together."

"Needlessly complicated and confusing. Get a phone message to call them. Call that number, all automated. Then they tell you to call another number, and use a long PIN#. Call that number, another automated line. When you finally can get a real human online, they appear to not understand what you are saying. When I did have the real person,, I asked about a 2nd prescription that was supposed to be through them and she said that they could not fill that prescription as it could not be done by mail order. I asked if I had to go back to the clinic to get it corrected and we got cut off. I called back and could not find a way to get a live person again. Super frustrating!"

"This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. When I first started using Welldyne, it took me 6 weeks to get my first month of medication, then upon a refill, I found out that my rx was out of stock. It's been almost a month and whenever I call in they say they can't tell me when it will be in or notify me of when they get it, but that it isn't on long term back order. This means, I have to call in every few days and have them send an email to their inventory staff who take an entire day to get back to them on if the medication is in stock and then I have to call back to see if there is any update. There never is. I cannot tell you how time consuming this process has been it's been weeks of this. I finally switched back to my local pharmacy. They don't run out of my very common generic medicine and on the occasion they have, they just fill it when they get it in and call me to pick it up. Don't use Welldyne, honestly, go anywhere else."
