"The employee AND manager at the CVS at George Jenkins need to be better trained on their policies and how to treat a customer. The so called "manager" could not get a b1/g1 for $1 promo to work. Instead of trying to figure it out as it's advertised in the isles and it showed on the screen, she said "if you don't want to pay for it we can just take it off." I wanted to pay what was advertised. I asked to speak to someone else and she left the counter to find the employee stocking the vitamins. When I found her, she was I guess "explaining" my situation to the employee and laughing at what I will assume was my situation because I was not just taking her answer that there was nothing she could do as the manager. The employee then explained the promo has to be the same brand even though both brands were running the same promotion it did not cross over. Cool, I can accept that answer. However, how does the employee at the counter AND the store manager not know that. She instead stood there and treated me (the customer) badly."
