"My wife and I went shopping today in our local store in Altamonte Springs, Florida. After completing our purchases I placed our shopping cart in the designated area and we left. Unfortunately I forgot my phone in the cart and we went on our way. After about 15 minutes I realized my mistake and returned to the store hoping my phone had been found. I was pleased to learn that the cashier had indeed found it and turned it over to the manager for safekeeping. Suffice it to say I was greatly relieved and repeatedly offered a cash reward to the cashier that was politely declined. This act of honesty and kindness displayed by the cashier was something I will never forget, God Bless her. The Biblical principles of this company were certainly evident today. Thank you so very very much once again!"

"Cashiers always steals money at checkout!!! Be careful and check your bags and receipts! I noticed that every time they makes mistake for ~ 1$. It’s not that much so I never told them. After my last visit I noticed that I don’t have 4 items with total cost 10$. I came back and asked to explain me what items are missing or to give me refund. One lady said that it was food colour but I didn’t buy any of them that time so she lied to me. After that they called manager Josh. He was absolutely unfriendly and didn’t want to listen me or to help. He refused to give me refund for items that I never had and to show me a video from that day. Absolutely ridiculous situation. It’s first time I’ve ever seen this happened with customers. Also employees doesn’t know how to work. They couldn’t help me to find gouache paint because they didn’t know what was that. During return process cashiers always “forget” to refund for all items. Every time I need to check everything. I needed to return 5 items today but they gave me refund only for 3 because they forgot about others. After that cashiers charged me for wrong items so I needed to come back to the store to take my money back. It was my favourite store. I used to go there every month and spend at least 200$ but after all this situations I am not going to go there anymore. 10$ - it’s a price of Hobby lobby’s reputation"

"My first time in Hobby Lobby and I must say TAKE MY MONEY! I was in paradise! I love everything about this place how did I not know they existed. Very clean, amazing deals, clean bathroom, extremely organized and almost everything you need for crafting and decorating you can choose from. They have stroller and handicap access as well. Driving into the parking lot is very steep so be careful if you have a low car. I also admire the sign at the door saying closed on Sundays for time with families.
