"I had issues with my powerr button turned sideways bc of the back of my phone case. Kirsten was wonderful. She took my phone and fixed it I'm a few moments. I can now turn on and off my phone with no external assistance. She didn't charge us anything for the service. Go see Kirsten!!! She's amazing!!!"
"My I phone has been hard to charge for months. I finally said enough is enough I should go to the At&t store and have them take a look. On the way I reasoned they'll probably just try to sell me a new phone maybe a repair specialist is a better option. A quick search found a Batteries plus just down the street that serviced cell phones . After a u-turn I arrived at Batteries Plus. In 15 minutes I was out with problem solved. Not a complex problem; with a hint maybe I could have solved it but the sales staff was professional and wanted to help me. Oh how refreshing that felt. They probably saved me from having to buy a new phone but at the very least saved me an hour or more of my time. I needed to buy some batteries so I said how much for the batteries and the service. Their response was " just pay for the batteries. Customer service at its best!"

"I had lost my car FOB and wanted to replace it. The dealer wanted approximately $300 for the FOB and programming, and it was not in stock. I happened to do a Google search and saw that Batteries+ had a replacement FOB for my vehicle, in stock. I was able to get the FOB online for in store pickup (the store called me immediately after I made the purchase to tell me it was ready) and they had it programmed in less than 5 minutes. And it was half what the dealer was going to charge. I had looked into having a locksmith program a FOB I could purchase off market, but they were going to charge $125 just for the programming, vs $70 at Batteries+. And they can do the programmable car keys, too. Had no idea they offered this service."
"Having Batteries Plus replace my IPhone battery was convenient, fast and simple. I set an appointment time on line, went into the store and checked in my phone, came back 44 minutes later and phone was ready to go. I paid and left with new phone battery installed. Super easy and reasonable cost. Technician was outstanding!"
