"I went to this Walgreens to return nail polish that my daughter didn't like the color of today and the lady at the counter accused me of using the nail polish and said that i couldn't return the product but i had to give reason why i didnt use the nail polish before she "decided" to attempt at a return. After her not being able to read the number for a return the manager was called. I told him also that I didn't use the nail polish and he said that he wouldn't be able to resell the product anyway... so after I heard that, I really became irritated at the fact that the employee behind the register just wanted to be accusatory. To top this situation off, the manager (being a kind soul) and I started talking about where we were from and as we continued to talk (he was punching my information into the system for me to recieve an in store credit) and the employee would brush past him from behind making sure to touch him on the back, which seemed like a form of flirting. This employee needs more training as I stayed in the store to hear her whisper about the encounter between her and I. As I left she was on her personal phone as well. I will not go back to this store. Hope to see some resolution to her distasteful approach to me wanting to a return an item as the customer."

"Walked in for photo. 2 girls were sitting waiting, so after 5 min and then walking around to pass time while they waited for someone as well I got in the register line 3 ppl were ahead of me I asked Katelyn at the register if she could call someone over to photo for us. To which she rolled her eyes and called over the speaker after about ten minutes and having my husband call me and explain my 3 month old hadn't stopped crying since I left I began to get anxious, so I got back in line to ask if she could call them again, to which her response was to roll her eyes again and explain that it was only just 2 ppl working. I asked my response was maybe they didn't hear the first time could you try again. And a 3rd eye roll. I said thank you and walked back to photo. Still nothing after a couple minutes. At this point in frusterated and anxious my husband on the phone still and hearing my baby screaming. So I walked to the photos and found my photos, walked to the registere to cash out to which Katelyn called on the head set she hadn't used before instead since the speaker obviously didn't work proceeds to tell her, I would assume manager, "we need to get a gate for photography so ppl don't just think they can walk back there when they don't get help." Total I waited about 30 min. The other ladies waited had left and gave up. I get it if you're having a bad day, but so was I and yet I still used all the patience I had left on this Katelyn girl. She was rude unprofessional even complained about me to the woman standing in line in front of me. Wow!! Never using the photo center here again!"

"Never seem to have any issues at this pharmacy. In fact, it’s one of the only pharmacy locations that I consistently have a good experience. Very organized, organized, and great customer service. Monica, a pharmacist there, was extremely helpful when a minor issue related to my primary physician arose. Will likely only use this location in the future."

"The pharmacy at this place is horrendous. I frequent the pharmacy at this location out of convenience. It's much closer than other pharmacies. But I'll start sending my stuff to Publix from now on. This pharmacy is frequently under-staffed and I've waited in the drive thru for 15, 30 minutes regularly as a result. They are the only pharmacy that closes the entire operation on a Saturday because of "unforeseen circumstances". This has happened multiple times when I needed emergency medication and had to call my dr to get them to send it somewhere else. You'd think there would be some y of telling the doctor when they send a prescription to a pharmacy that is closed down. Fun times trying to go pick it up and seeing the sign that they are closed. On a SATURDAY. I can't believe they are allowed to operate like this. Since writing this review I have stopped using this pharmacy. I go to the Walgreens on Indian Street with much better service. But this time I have the flu and the medication needed was only at this location. The Indian Street location told me to give Kanner 20 minutes to fill it. I get there 20 minutes later and they tell me it will take an hour because “they have to follow the process”. Mind you this is just a box that needs to be taken off the shelf. No mixing, no having to do anything. I leave frustrated and sick and then get a notification 10 minutes later that that prescription is ready after I just walked into my house. I Hope the owner sees this."
