"Chad and Sebastian are the only reason I give any stars. They were super nice and helpful despite how tough working retail during holiday season is. Callie, the assistant manager who told me she "is basically the store manager" was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I wish I would have recorded our interaction last night regarding the return policy she made up. She was loudly rude and complaining about her job in a store full of customers and had the worst attitude to everyone she spoke to and to her coworker. It took me 3 times of asking the store managers name before she gave it to me because she's "here all the time. I'm the manager " .. she talked over me while I was on the phone with customer service to the point where I had to tell her I can't hear who I'm on the phone with if she kept talking and telling me to give her my phone so she can talk to them. Honestly she's lucky I have a kid because she had me ready to knock her out. I feel bad for her coworkers and for every customer that has to deal with her. Girl needs serious help and a career change that doesn't involve her interacting with other people."

"Shady place, unfriendly and rude. This facility does not accept any of the regular established gamestop services and policies. They even don't take a return package with label that you just need to drop off at their location. Even though the label itself shows their shop location and was able to select online at gamestop website the lady at the front desk says they don't accept it due to their own shop policy. And that's basically their excuse for everything there to allow them not playing according the usual gamestop policy or overcharge... It's their store policy. Take it or leave. And that's what I did. I took my stuff and left with this negative review in hope that they either close this shop or get rid of their employees for more costumer friendly ones."

"Used to always be happy here :( Update: Went there today, came smiling and left upset. The guy behind the counter had no personality at all. Not that he wasn't friendly but, he wasn't anything. He sneezed, I said bless you and there was silence. I was on the app today and was shown a price of $22 for a phone in good condition and $11 for not working (small crack in glass) condition. So I'm thinking that at the very least $11. They offered me $5.50. Unfortunately I had to take the offer as my 10 month old daughter needs diapers. The phone was an Iphone 5s on the Verizon network. This visit definitely changed my view of GameStop. The phone is the one in the middle in the picture I posted."
