"My girlfriend and I waited by the cash register with all of our things unloaded for about 3 minutes while this woman did inventory about 5 ft away from us. We rang the bell and this was her response. How are you going to ring a bell when you see me right here. So I said that's the point we've been sitting here waiting and you're ignoring us who taught you about customer service? She just kept doing her inventory so we left all of our things at the cash register and left. This woman needs to be fired right now. We were there on the 25th at around 10:00 a.m. So whoever was working the register that day is the one you need to get rid of."
"Racists work at this store. I was called a racial epithet when i walked into the store by a customer behind me. The old white man at the register didn't say anything to me but greeted the racist. When I went to the register, they were laughing and smiling. That all stopped when I walked up. The racist register man didn't greet me, didn't smile, didn't say anything. But he had all kinds of customer service for the racist. He's obviously one too. Too bad because I did like shopping at that store but I'll never return...to any Family Dollar Store. I don't support companies that hire racists to work with the public."
