"I was ask if I wanted to sign up for a FREE rewards program and most retail stores have such a program so I said yes. They used the credit card I made a purchase with to charge me $11.99 a month! I signed for the purchase and that apparently authorized this??? At no time was I told this. In fact it was made very clear to me that it would not cost me anything!"
