"I have a few pieces from Messika (and find them very cute and stylish) bought by my husband on my birthday 1,5 years ago. A few month ago a small stone fell from the bracelet. We came to the store and asked to fix the jewelry. It was ON WARRANTY but asked for a $250 fee saying nothing is covered by it. Will prefer the other luxury brands next time with a better and more attentive customer service. Beware if you don’t want to keep paying out of pocket for a small thin 2500 worth diamond piece. Hope this helps to make your decision if in doubt."
