"Bought an anklet here for $68 and it broke in a week! Came back to the store in Aventura mall and the lady refused to exchange it for me on the spot since I didn't have a receipt. Saleswoman raised her voice saying she WILL NOT refund and we need to fill out paperwork and wait for manager to call us. I wish the customer service at the store level was better. they did take our information down and contacted us a few days later and said we can come in and pick out a new anklet for free..Thanks, we appreciate that."
