"I order a three set of necklace back in May I received it for Mother’s Day. One the necklace turned a black color literary a couple of days after. I contacted the store and they asked to send pictures which I did. They said they will replace it that was May 24th, after that I didn’t hear nothing from them on June 12th I sent another email in regards to the status. They said it will be shipped the next day June 13th. It’s June 28th I’ve sent about three follow up emails to see if someone can get back to me or provide me with a tracking number. I have yet to receive any reply from them. I’m disgusted with the customer service"
