"do NOT buy here. Let me start by saying Ive never written a review but this place is a scam. I bought a bracelet in JUNE 2023 and they sent it to resize because it was too big on me. When they called me a month later to say it was ready I went back to the store and the bracelet was exactly the same size, they didnt fix anything. They sent it back to "fix" and is now mid October and Im still waiting for it. Ive called multiple times and the response always is "we have not received it yet." They cannot even find it on the system or give me a time frame, or refund. Dont waste your money here."
