"Today is my grandfather’s birthday, we were going to get him a nice gold coin for his birthday. We were refused service and trespassed for absolutely no reason. They had the coin we wanted and showed it to us in our faces. Then refused to take the cash we had in hand. We didn’t even bargain, we were going to pay full price and they refused service. Our grandfather is in the ICU and has always wanted this coin, yet the seller wanted to just be despicable for no reason. Absolutely the worst jewelry store I have ever gone to. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone for any reason."

"Merritt and Michael, I have been doing business with for almost two years now. Some of the few bad reviews are for other vendors in the venue and not accurate, as there are many in the building and those people are confused. They were recommended to me by official producers and have not let me down. They are the only ones in Florida that I trust and I drive quite a ways just for them. I will only do business with them because they are honest and good people. Thank you both."
