"Very disappointed with the Valentines flower arrangement sent to my girlfriend. I ordered a $100 arrangement, and what was sent was not near the expectation. She received 3 bloomed flowers and and other accessory flowers that were only green. I have ordered flower arrangements from many other places that have far exceeded what I received from for less money. This has been very upsetting and a let down for the holiday. "I was given one of Anita’s beautiful orchids for my birthday and within a week the blooms started to droop. I gave it a little water thinking that would do the trick but they blooms didn’t perk up. Called the shop and they were more than happy to replace the plant. Very friendly and courteous staff. The shop is amazing and I will continue using them."

"I usually don't buy my houseplants and orchids from local stores because 9 times out of 10 they have not been treated kindly and come with a host of problems. But upon popping into this boutique, I happened across a varigated mini phal and was in awe. I figured since the store was so tidy and nice and the employees so kind and knowledgeable that I would give it a shot. No dice. The plants were so tightly packed in the moss that the stems had begun to rot. I took pictures for proof and called the store the next day. They said to bring them back whenever I could. I was going to stick it out and try to save them but today I came home from work and upon checking them the varigated plants' roots were withering away. I loaded them up to return them and upon getting to the store I was told to "point out the problem because they didn't see an issue". I unpotted the varigated one and showed the rot, to which the employee stated that It was supposed to look like that. No, no mam it is NOT. I tried to say I had pictures to prove their decay from the moment I got home from buying them, but they didn't care and just told me to pick out two more. Fine. No varigated ones, the only reason I made the initial purchase to begin with. I asked for a refund and was told they don't do that, exchanges or store credit only. I made my choice and took them up front and was told okay.. theyre yours. No bag or box was offered and I had to ASK for MY pots, clips and stakes back. No apologies were given and the underlying tone of the visit was just horrible. I also was told that I had to be very careful with them, or this kind of thing happens. Like it was MY fault that they sold me dying plants. If all you want is a pretty display that will last a few weeks then go for it, but as an avid orchid and tropical plant collector I will not be returning here. Buyer beware."
