"What's not to love about Michaels? Lol They have sooooooo many Christmas items and decorations in here.....plus fun, creative things to make gifts for your friends and family! There is always something on sale. You can order online too......great ideas. Great staff! I was there to pick up things to decorate for my girlfriends birthday party! :)"
"This Michaels is super organized and stocked! They had everything I was looking for, even the things that other stores were sold out of. The main reason I am writing this review is the employees. The employees at this store are so kind and helpful! They’re available to answer questions and provide a speedy checkout. It is, also, nice to see how they are willing to help each other when needed."
"Southside Blvd location 08/17/2023 What a huge disappointment! No associates except at the checkout. Spent 30+ minutes in framing aisles and never had one associate approach us offering customer service! We had an issue at the checkout regarding my retirement discount card. The cashier called the manager who said he did not know about retirement discount cards. (This is the second time corporate failed to mail me a current discount card). He never came out from wherever he was in the store. Never tried to assist the cashier or me as a customer! Extremely poor leadership on his part. He could have came to the front of the store to assist me (and learn about retirement discount cards). It took me 5 minutes to place a call to Michael's HR and a new card is on the way! Instead his lack of leadership n concern cost him a $150.00 sale!!! BTW it was VERY QUIET in the store. I don't think there were 4 customers in the entire store!! Extremely poor leadership and service."
