"We ordered a half casket spray to include stargazers lilies which were my sisters favorite flower & we included a picture of what we wanted the spray to look like & we were told it was doable but unfortunately it didn’t look like the picture we had sent & when we said we weren’t satisfied with the look of the spray & how it didn’t resemble the picture we had sent to them because there wasn’t many stargazers lilies in it. We were told “we apologize you weren’t happy but we did included stargazers & these are 2 of the same verity of flower & we did it to value.”Words of advice for anyone else wanting a specific flower for a casket spray to please confirm this info before the day of their service so your not as disappointed as we were with the lack of that certain flower. We had wanted to pull out the stargazer lilies from the casket spray arrangement & have each of us family members lay them across her casket individually at the cemetery ceremony but we didn’t have enough from the spray so it was very disappointing & more sadness that we didn’t need on this day & especially after thinking we had made it clear with a picture as to what we wanted the spray to be. Needless to say we won’t be using Blooimgdale florist in the future or recommending Bloomingdale florist to anyone after their response to our dissatisfaction with our casket spray."

"From now on I will only use Bloomingdale Florist! My mother-in-law was admitted into the hospital a week ago. I called Bloomingdale Florist and told them I wanted to order a flower arrangement for her. I told them I wanted it to be as big, bright and beautiful as they could make it for $175. They did not disappoint! The arrangement was absolutely stunning and even had Birds of Paradise. People were stopping me at Tampa General asking to take photos and wanting to know where I got them as I carried them in. Her nurses and Dr's also commented to her about how special she must be to receive an arrangement that big and beautiful! It made my mom-in-law feel so special and made the Dr's and nurses know she was very loved. Fast forward to today, my mom-in-law came home from the hospital and is now on hospice. I wasn't able to drive all the way back to Bloomingdale to order her another arrangement to have when she arrived home. I decided to go to a Florist right by her home in Riverview that has very high reviews. I called them and said the exact my same thing when I ordered the flowers from Bloomingdale. I wanted a statement piece and as big and beautiful that I could get for $175.00. I just picked it up and am so disappointed. Yes, it is beautiful, but for the price, it looks the size of just a normal everyday pre-made arrangement that you can stop by and get out of the refrigerator at any florist shop. They did not even put a bow on arrangement. I have included three photos of the arrangement I got from Bloomingdale Florist. The fourth photo is the one I got from the Riverview Florist. The fourth is the another photo of the one from Bloomingdale. Both were the same exact price. From now on I will only use Bloomingdale Florist. They far exceeded my expectations. They were the most beautiful and by far the best value for the money spent!"

"May I give you 10 stars? A friend sent flowers as a cheer me up because my father passed away. This bouquet is the most beautiful I have seen in years. Huge buttery roses, blue hydrangeas, bluebells, fuzzy sage greenery, daisies and more. It is a blessing of serendipity as blue is my father's favorite color. Truly lovely, thank you."
