"I went here after a different local place said they were not willing to do the alterations I felt like my wedding dress needed and I cannot express how happy I am that I ended up here. Maritza is an actual miracle worker and the people at this shop were beyond amazing to work with. I had a huge rush on mine because I waited a long time to go in and they pulled it off and then some. I am forever grateful for this place for making my experience and wedding dress perfect."

"We bought our daughter's wedding gown from them for $1200 plus tax. Higher than we expected from their advertising but it is a great gown for her. The stated the alterations would be between $100-300 when we asked, 3 times. Her first meeting with the seamstress that ballooned to $495+ tax. When we asked why the huge discrepancy, they said that the seamstress sets her own rates and there is nothing they can do about it, no matter what we were told when we purchased the gown. Then when my daughter signed out her property, they tried to make her sign a document that stated that half of the amount was still due on the dress, despite it being paid in full. In summary, beware of high alteration costs, not as quoted, and hang in to your receipts so you don't get overcharged!! The other place we went for alterations had a gown from this very same boutique! Says a lot!"

"I got my cathedral wedding veil from this bridal shop for $99 and it was GORGEOUS!! I also went back 1 year later to buy a dress with my mother in law since she is now the mother of the groom for my brother in laws wedding. I did not think I was going to buy a dress for myself. Turns out the customer service was so good for my mother in law that I ended up buying a dress for my self because the stylist, I believe her name is Laura, was so kind that she made me feel like I could also find something else for myself. It was truly an amazing experience!"

"I had been looking for a dress for my son's wedding for months. Couldn't find anything that I felt comfortable in or in the right color I was looking for. Then I searched on line for MOB or MOG dresses. Flora's came up on my search. I made an appointment on line, easy to do. I showed up, Amy greeted me with a big smile. Made me feel comfortable. Told her what I was looking for. I asked her to pull dresses for me and then she said I could pull myself some dresses. Well. Long story short, I found the one. If you turn around and look in the mirror and it makes you cry and feel fantastic in it, it's the dress for you! The dress came in very quickly. I ordered the size I was that day but then lost 45 pounds so the dress needed alterations, I can't speak to Flora's person because I had a person that I use. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Plus my sister visited me prior to getting married and she found her wedding dress here as well. That dress was on sale so she got to take it with her. Someday when my daughter gets married I will for sure be back at Flora's."
