I faced an issue from receiving a delivery during Valentine's Day (--so they are very busy), but very quickly after I contacted them Crystal and the manager were immediately attentive to the matter. The manager quickly contacted me and delivered a new bouquet and a gift basket, which I appreciated very much! I have received arrangements from them multiple times and have also ordered boutonnieres from them and have always been happy with my order. Their dedication to customer service and detail definitely make them a go-to flower shop! Thank you!!"

"Previously left a review 15 minutes ago about my disappointment in my order. Flower Power text me a photo of the flowers I ordered before shipping them out. I expressed that I wasn't happy with them not looking like the photo online. Within 5 minutes I received a call from the shop. I wish I remembered her name, but she was wonderful. She apologized and rectified the issue immediately by sprucing up my order and making it look brighter and fuller. As I mentioned previously, I have ordered from Flower Power 4 times and always been satisfied. I am even happier with this shop for their customer service and willingness to correct an issue. I will continue ordering from Flower Power."

"A+++ Definitely Recommend!! Placed order on-line and choose a holiday centerpiece. My daughter was expecting a flower delivery but did not know what I had ordered. She absolutely LOVED the Christmas Puppy design. Shop sent notifications including when the flowers were delivered. They followed the delivery instructions. THEY EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL OF THE EXACT FLOWERS THAT WERE DELIVERED. I included a picture taken after delivery (might look a little funny because I removed the background), but look at how NICE they look! I am very pleased how these turned out and the wonderful job they did. My daughter is over-the-top happy and so am I. THANK YOU for doing such an awesome job!!"
